About us

TIMES INFINITY LLC manufactures, and supplies premium-quality commercial clocks, including but not limited to street, tower, post, digital, and associated equipment directly to public authorities or commercial contractors for installation in both indoor and outdoor public places. Standard and custom commercial clocks are designed by our engineering department using state of the art 3D modeling software.
We make our own clock movements – we properly design them to fit in the enclosure or surrounding structure. If the clock is lighted we make sure there are no shadows and the clock is evenly lighted with the correct color temperature. In the case of clock hands and structures, we perform FEA analysis (finite element analysis) on the design to be certain they will stand up to wind and environmental conditions.
We provide professional project management and supervision of any building or electronics venture no matter how big or small. A complete timekeeping service beginning with designing concept drawings through to manufacture, installation, servicing and maintenance is available.

CLOCK REPAIR

Our experts clock repair people have combined 500+ years of field experience. We have the specialized training and knowledge to service most any clock including atmos, cuckoo, tubular bell, señora chime, large floor-standing, antique, American, French and German clocks.

TROUBLESHOOTING CLOCK TIME

If the time on your clock is incorrect, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue on your own: check electrical (or battery) connections for the clock movement(s) and clock controller, and check the settings on the clock controller.

SYSTEM AUDIT

Each year, we contact you to ensure your devices are running the latest firmware and keeping your systems synchronized appropriately. If your devices require factory calibration, we will provide loaners to keep you up and running efficiently. We will also cover associated shipping costs.

WARRANTY

Standard guarantee is for One Year. Any defect in the repair work is overwhelmingly likely to show up in the first few weeks or months, if not days. Problems occurring after the first three months are almost assured to be unrelated to the repair.

PACKING, MOVING & STORAGE
